- Where does the knowledge come from?
- From people, first. Waypora's founders have spent decades in the travel industry, and that experience is written down as an in-house guidebook — routes, pacing, timing, the towns worth two nights and the ones worth twenty minutes. When you request a trip, the relevant guidebook entries steer what the AI writes. Read more about us.
- Is it really written for my trip?
- Yes — every itinerary is generated fresh from your brief: your dates, your pace, your budget, your must-visits, who's travelling. Nothing is copied from a template. Ask for the same trip twice with different answers and you'll get a different plan.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing, while we build. Planning, refining, saving and sharing are all free, and there's no card to enter anywhere. The honest detail is on the pricing page.
- Why so few destinations?
- Because depth beats coverage. We hand-pick every destination based on in-depth knowledge, and we won't release a new one until it's right — genuinely good about a handful beats vague about a hundred. More are coming soon.
- Do I need an account?
- Not to plan — your first itinerary is yours to generate without signing up. You'll need a free account to save trips, so they're waiting for you on any device rather than trapped in one browser tab.
- Can I change the itinerary?
- That's the point. Type one line about what you'd change and Waypora rewrites the plan; remove any activity you won't do; add your own margin notes to each day. It's your trip — we just draft it.
- Can I share it with my travel companions?
- Yes — every itinerary can be shared as a read-only link. Whoever you send it to sees the full plan, map and all, with no account needed.
- Does Waypora book anything?
- No — we plan, you book. Your itinerary tells you what to book and when it matters (that ferry, that popular restaurant), and you book it wherever you prefer. Not sure a plan is realistic? Ask a travel person — a human will look at it.
